Sarah Allison Turner delivers timeless music with edgy lyrics. While influenced by fellow country artists such as Merle Haggard, Dixie Chicks, Miranda Lambert and Lee Ann Womack, Sarah also grew up on music like Linda Ronstadt and The Eagles. “My dad always encouraged me to write my own songs. My love for writing is what brought me to Nashville,” says Sarah.
Sarah has written songs for Tyler Farr (I Should Go To Church Sometime), Gretchen Wilson (A Little Loretta) and Alan Jackson (The Older I Get). She has shared the stage with Eric Church, Jake Owen, Corey Smith, Lee Brice, Exile, Colt Ford, Drake White, Adam Craig, Jackie Lee, and Cody Johnson.
Sarah performs in many of Nashville’s premier venues including the Listening Room Café, Mercy Lounge, the Basement, the Bluebird Café and more. She has been featured on showcases held by American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP), and Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP).
Sarah is currently working on a project set to release later this year. Sarah is published by Hori Pro and True Bearing Entertainment.
