“Living the dream isn’t always glamorous. It’s full of “no’s” and paychecks that won’t cover rent. It’s washing dishes at a local diner and then doing a quick wardrobe change for your show that night. It’s living with a dent in your car because your money is better spent on making a record you love. And it’s smiling when people say, “wow you’ve really made it” because only you know all the things you’ve made work in order to be able to chase this crazy dream.
